Alaskan Crafts (and along the way)

Having 2 weeks to travel and a week trapped in a hotel I've had some extra time to craft. My options are limited (I can't sew or paint or bake) but of course I can knit, crochet and stitch. So far 2 crocheted hats, a cowl, 3 knitted hats and an embroidered Laurel (soon to be new Christmas stockings I think).

Hopefully we'll be in the new house tomorrow...I'm ready to have a kitchen and a sewing machine back. Plus my hubby bought me new tools before we left (compresser, nailer and compound miter saw)so I can't wait to get started on some wood projects!!! So far I want to make a bed frame for us, a bed frame for Luke, a locker system for our mudroom and seating in our kitchen. (just a few little things...)

The hats are really very nice and will be great for Katchikan. But Luke and Laurel wearing them are priceless!
Love to all,
